We ship to North America, Europe and Australia. We do not offer international shipping to any other country through the website at this time but do email us and we can work something out for you!
Every package is typically shipped the next business day, and is assigned a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order will be shown to you before the final checkout page.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or an exchange.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange.Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a reference #.

You may exchange your silk scarf for a different design if you have not worn it yet and if it's in store-bought condition. You must however return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Some exceptions can be made in special case situations, as long as the original item returns in good condition. You will have to pay the return shipping cost.
